Position Summary
Skilled Senior Reconstruction Technician. This role involves restoring residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, mold, and storms. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in drywall finishing, carpentry, cabinetry, light plumbing, light electrical and flooring installation, including tile, with an advanced understanding of building materials and construction techniques. In addition to reconstruction duties, the position will assist mitigation teams in addressing water, fire, and mold damage. This position involves setting a performance standard for others to follow and leading by example on a daily basis in quality, customer service and conveying Watterson values in their daily interactions with the team.
