Job Title: Lead Water Restoration Technician
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA (In-Person Role)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21.00 – $32.00 per hour (Based on experience and certifications)

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Lead Water Restoration Technician to manage on-site mitigation services, communicate with customers and insurance partners, and supervise a growing team. This is a field-based position that requires rotating on-call/emergency response availability, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high level of service during times of crisis.
Lead water damage mitigation services at residential and commercial sites
Conduct walk-throughs and clearly explain mitigation processes to customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and insurance agents
Secure required documentation (e.g., signed work authorization, COS) before work begins
Prepare job estimates using software (e.g., Xactimate)
Document all work through moisture logs, photos, and software tools
Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, and equipment
Supervise and mentor junior technicians
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and RestoPros protocols
Collaborate with the owner to improve operational efficiency as we grow
Required:
1+ year of experience in water mitigation or property restoration
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and lead others
Willingness to be on-call for emergency response
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
2+ years of relevant restoration or construction experience
IICRC-WRT certification
Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
Proficiency with moisture mapping, drying logs, and job documentation
Regularly lift 50–100 lbs (with assistance as needed)
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
