Compensation: $50,000–$70,000/year (Performance-Based Pay)
Training Pay: $18–$23/hour (Depending on Experience)

- Loading/unloading work vehicles
- Preparing and cleaning equipment before and after jobs
- Assisting with vacuuming, water extraction, baseboard cleaning, carpet grooming, etc.
- Carpet cleaning or water restoration experience is a plus, but not required
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or upselling experience is helpful
- Basic computer skills
- Goal-oriented and team-focused
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check

- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday required
- Must be available to work every other Saturday
- On-call hours available at bonus rates
- Performance-based pay ($50,000–$70,000+ potential once trained)
