We are searching for our next Water Restoration Lead Technician

We can teach you a great career trade. Our work involves water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and many property restoration task. Duties will include initial job-site inspection and performing demolition, remediation, and structural drying per the IICRC standard. A Restoration Technician is responsible for the fast response to emergency water damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the geographical territory. The work environment is fast-paced, hands on, and requires travel in a company owned vehicle within the territory. You will be using power tools, hand tools, and operating restoration equipment. Work can occur in crawl spaces and attics.

· IICRC Certification is a plus but not a requirement.
· Participation in a weekly rotational on-call schedule.
· Physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection.
Requirements:
· Requires medium to heavy labor in order to restore property conditions.
· Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs. consecutively.
· Valid driver's license is required.
· Must have clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
· The job requires walking, standing, stooping, bending and moving some furniture. Traveling to each job location requires the safe operation of a company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Driver's License (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Restoration Industry: 2 year (Preferred)
- IICRC Certification (Preferred)
