Traineeship - Restoration Technician (QLD (on road/site based)

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Insurance Restoration Technician Trainee in QLD (on road/site-based role). In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning how to restore homes and businesses after water, fire, storm, or mould damage — all while completing a nationally IICRC recognised certification. 

What You’ll Do

• Assist with restoration work including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Learn to operate specialist restoration tools and technology
• Help prepare and maintain job sites safely and professionally
• Work directly with insured clients, builders, and insurers
• Document and report on project progress

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• Previous experience in trades, construction, or customer service is a bonus  - but not required
