What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Leads to drive restoration projects from start to finish.
- Load gear, tools, and supplies with precision and care.
- Follow all safety and risk protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Prep work zones and carry out demolition, cleanup, drying, moisture checks, and material removal.
- Coordinate with your team to ensure efficiency throughout each project.
- Wrap up each job with thorough cleanup and breakdown of tools and equipment.
- Keep our warehouse, office, and grounds shipshape through regular maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all gear and vehicles.
- Embrace ongoing training and development to elevate your restoration expertise.
What You Bring
- A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
- Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them.
- A High School diploma/GED.
- Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required.
- IICRC certifications? Even better!
- A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
- Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.
Schedule
- Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work.
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
