Lead Water Restoration Technician

We're looking for a Lead Water Mitigation Technician to take charge of residential and commercial restoration projects from the front lines. This is a key leadership role for someone with solid field experience who's ready to guide crews, coordinate with stakeholders, and make sure every job gets done right - safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

• Lead field crews on water mitigation jobs - from extraction to dry-out

• Oversee demolition and mold remediation work, ensuring safety and compliance with IICRC standards

• Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment for optimal performance

• Train and mentor newer techs, building consistency and quality across the team

• Complete detailed documentation - moisture readings, site photos, notes, and logs

• Communicate directly with customers to explain processes, set expectations, and provide updates

• Work closely with project managers, adjusters, and subcontractors to keep jobs moving smoothly

What You Bring

• 3+ years of water mitigation experience, including 1+ year leading crews

• IICRC WRT required (ASD, AMRT, or other advanced certs are a big plus)

• Strong working knowledge of drying strategy, job flow, and field supervision

• Comfortable lifting 75 lbs and navigating tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.)

• Clear, professional communication with customers and teams alike

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
