We are seeking a Contents Processing Technicians, part and full-time, to join our team located in Traverse City, Mi. This candidate will help serving others within our community in their time of need and make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property. The ideal candidate will work hard and take pride in completing projects as well as being empathetic and show a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail. Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling is one of the leading contractors in the renovation and restoration industry with offices located all over the United States.

 

Skills and Experience:

This position will be responsible for Contents Processing related work for clients. This individual would be someone who is very organized and neat, can clean and restore people's contents while also reaching timeline goals with great documentation and photos.

 

Responsibilities:

  • High level performance of contents processing and cleaning with industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Act as a weekly contact with the customer, ensuring their needs and questions are answered.
  • Able to provide detailed documentation and photos for all jobs.
  • Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers and other machinery.
  • Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized work area and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in conversations with clients/ customers.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • Willingness to participate in all trainings as needed or required.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
  • The ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • A professional appearance and great attitude.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work in Fire, smoke, mold and or water damaged structures. (Safety is important, PPE will be provided by the company).
  • IICRC certifications. (Preferred but not required).

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (part and full-time people needed)
