Dwyer Restoration, a leading contractor in residential restoration & remodeling, is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in construction and sales to contribute to our growing business. You'll be at the heart of our operations, driving sales, and ensuring our clients receive the best service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads, both provided and self-sourced, to drive sales.
- Scope retail remodeling and restoration reconstruction work effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.



Requirements: 
- Experience:
          Minimum of 5 years in construction and 3 years in sales.
          Minimum of 3 years Xactimate experience.
- Skills:
          Exceptional ability to scope retail remodeling and restoration projects.
- Characteristics:
          Looking for self-starters with a drive to succeed and a customer-focused approach.

Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
