💰 The Essentials

  • Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Starting rate depends on Restoration Industry experience).

  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 (Paid out after successful completion of the introductory period).

  • Level: Entry Level – We provide the training; you provide the hustle.

🛠️ The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you are the first responder to property emergencies. Your job is to stabilize the environment and prevent further damage.

  • Rapid Response: Extract standing water from commercial and residential properties.

  • Demolition & Prep: Perform controlled demolition, including removing damaged drywall, flooring, and insulation.

  • Equipment Pro: Set up and monitor professional drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers).

  • Tech-Savvy Tracking: Document the restoration process using industry software and moisture mapping tools.

  • Customer Care: Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners during stressful situations.
