- Create a plan and lead technicians in executing it
- Communicate with customers throughout the project
- Take photos, moisture readings, and document work daily
- Follow IICRC standards, company processes, and safety requirements
- Identify problems or changes in scope and communicate them promptly
- Keep jobs moving while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism
- $24 to $30/hour, depending on experience
