Summary

The SERVPRO Vehicle Sales Coordinator�s primary purpose is to achieve their monthly/annual sales goals. Additionally, this role helps our franchises succeed by building strong relationships through identifying and fulfilling product needs by promoting and selling the highest quality products and providing excellent client service.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas.
  • Plans and manages business portfolio according to published annual market development strategy. Contacts every franchise owner at least once per quarter.
  • Maintains and develops existing and new customers consultative selling techniques with a strong focus on providing superior customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Sales Force to effectively capture all customer and prospect contact activities and to document pipeline activities.
  • Respond and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Attend and present at internal and external company functions as necessary to aid in business development.
  • Periodically pick up customer from the airport or deliver sold units to franchise/vendor locations
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with divisional teams to implement and support system/divisional changes.

Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Strong Excel skills
  • At least five (5) years of previous sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and surpass sales expectations
  • Excellent customer and phone skills & manners
  • Ability to strive in a team-oriented environment
  • Proven history of organizational skills/self starter

Education

  • High School Graduate. College Degree preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, Results Orientated Office/Sales environment.
  • Standard working hours based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Additional working hours required as needed to complete assignments and projects on schedule.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Safe driving record
