Position Overview
As a Mitigation Technician, you will be on the front lines helping home and business owners recover after property emergencies like water leaks, fire, smoke, or storm damage. You will work alongside experienced crew leaders using state-of-the-art restoration technology to clean, dry, and restore properties.
This is an active, physical role suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, taking pride in helping others, and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond to property emergency calls involving water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition (removing damaged drywall, flooring, etc.).
- Set up and monitor industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialized restoration equipment.
- Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and keeping company vehicles loaded and clean.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and maintain a high standard of customer service.

No Experience Required: We teach you everything you need to know!

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical restoration tasks (stretching, bending, standing).
- Ability to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule (overtime opportunities available!).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Pay & Benefits

Starting Base Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (depending on experience or transferable skills).
