- Writing accurate and timely Xactimate estimates for mitigation and reconstruction jobs
- Reviewing field reports, photos, and documentation to scope jobs correctly
- Working closely with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure alignment
- Managing estimate revisions, supplements, and program compliance
- Submitting estimates via XactAnalysis and maintaining documentation standards
- Assisting with training and mentoring junior estimators as needed

3+ years of estimating experience in the restoration or insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate (X1 preferred)
- Experience with property mitigation, reconstruction, or insurance claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) are a plus
