Our growing restoration business is seeking an experienced and highly motivated commercial sales person to help us continue our upward trajectory. Must be an expert networker, skilled at B2B sales, who creates deep, meaningful connections with prospects and customers. If you have a "seek to understand" mentality and always strive to solve the customer's problem, then we would love for you to apply!

The position entails:
Meeting with local insurance agents
Participating in and hosting networking events
Growing your network to achieve warm introductions
Site walk throughs
Selling pre-loss agreements to commercial customers
File reviews
Monthly touches to customers and potential customers
Territory management
Presentation skills

The ideal candidate will have these characteristics:
Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers, and grow your own pipeline
Be a proactive connector who drives business
Be a professional communicator both verbally and written
Understand the importance of documenting sales activity in the management system
Self-disciplined
Easily adapts to and learns new skills including technology
Professional appearance
Ability to pivot and "get your hands dirty in the field" when your customer suffers property damage
2-year degree or equivalent experience
Restoration or insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation Package:
An experienced applicant can expect a base salary of $41,600/yr. Percentage based commissions are paid on work that is brought in by the sales person Benefit package consists of: Health, dental and vision insurance; paid vacation/sick/personal leave, paid holidays, professional education opportunities.
