We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Representative | SERVPRO of Lehigh Valley & Carbon County

SERVPRO®, a nationally recognized leader in cleanup and restoration, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative (SMR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll become the face of our brand in the community—connecting with local businesses, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through smart, strategic outreach.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Hit the Road – Regularly visit local businesses, commercial properties, and industry partners to introduce SERVPRO services and build trust.
Create Connections – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (property managers, realtors, contractors, facility managers, etc.).

Drive Business Development – Uncover new opportunities, secure leads, and follow up on potential projects that align with SERVPRO’s core services (fire, water, mold, and storm restoration).
Local Branding & Awareness – Represent the SERVPRO brand at networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase community visibility.
Strategic Planning – Collaborate with our marketing team to execute seasonal campaigns and coordinate outreach that aligns with industry demand and timing.
Maintain CRM Activity – Document client interactions and update leads, touchpoints, and follow-ups using our customer relationship management system.



Ideal Candidate:

  • Charismatic, energetic, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships in a B2B or field-based role

  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer service preferred

  • Familiarity with the Lehigh Valley and/or Carbon County business community is a huge plus

  • Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and staying accountable for performance

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required


Territory:

This role will focus on Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton) and Carbon County (Jim Thorpe, Lehighton, Palmerton, etc.) — candidates should reside within or near these areas.
