SERVPRO of Highland Park | Highland Park, CA
Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.
Total Earnings: Potential to earn over $100,000 annually, including base salary, commissions and bonuses. Actual earnings will be vary based on individual performance!
- Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
- Generate new residential and commercial business.
- Make daily sales calls and in-person visits.
- Attend networking events and community functions.
- Promote SERVPRO's water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services.
- Track sales activities and customer relationships.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
- Work with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Sales or marketing experience in the water and fire restoration industry is REQUIRED.
- 3-5 years marketing experience in restoration industry is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and strong relationship-building skills.
