We are looking for a motivated Sales person. We are a local water & fire restoration contractor that has been in business for 35 years. This position does not require any industry background, we are ready to train! We are looking for that "A" salesperson who is a monster closer!! Description
- Initial contact with the customer and assessment of water & fire damage.
- Estimating scope of the water & fire damage.
- Securing the project (sales).
- Directly instructing and supervising Shambaughs Cleaning & Restoration personnel.
- Ensuring project work meets the highest standards of workmanship.
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Representation on Shambaughs Cleaning & Restoration emergency mitigation on-call management rotation.
- Communication with insurance adjusters and Shambaughs Cleaning & Restoration staff.
Qualifications
- In home sales experience preferred.
- Must be confident with the ability to close the deal.
- Must be a great rapport builder who understands the need for trust building in the sales environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record and background check.
- Project Manager Experience is a plus.
- Customer services oriented sales professional.
