What you own in your first 90 days
- Extract water, tear out damaged materials, set drying equipment, and monitor jobs until they are dry.
- Work under your Restoration Supervisor on site and match the pace and the standard.
- Take clear photos and moisture readings the same day, and leave the job documented.
- Treat every customer home like it is yours. Be professional, clean, and on time.
- Keep your truck, tools, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
- Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.
- Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
- Hands-on work experience that transfers — restoration, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, warehouse, or field service.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
- Drug-free.
- Physically able to do field work (lift, climb, work in heat and wet conditions).
- Clear, professional communication with customers and your crew.
- IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
- Prior SERVPRO or restoration experience
- Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
