- Respond to water, fire, and other property damage emergencies.
- Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration work.
- Set up, operate, and monitor restoration equipment.
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
- Identify and report safety hazards and job site concerns.
- Provide professional, respectful customer service.
- Work with your team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in restoration, construction, maintenance, demolition, or cleaning is a plus.
- IICRC certification is preferred but not required.
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
- Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Safely handle cleaning products, materials, and restoration equipment.
