Position Description
We are seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves demolition, cleanup, and careful handling of customer belongings. The ideal candidate will have some experience using tools and cleaning equipment. Candidates MUST have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to be considered for this role.

Pay: $20 - $23/hour based on experience + $1,200 bonus after 90 days

Responsibilities
  • Perform demolition, cleanup, and other labor-intensive tasks
  • Carefully handle customer belongings such as furniture, electronics, art, textiles, etc., and maintain quality control standards
  • Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies
  • Maintain an organized vehicle and clean equipment
  • Neatly pack and unpack items according to company procedures
  • Carry and organize furniture and boxes within our storage warehouse
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging areas and equipment for each project
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
  • Communicate with crew supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient job production
  • Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown
Skills & Requirements
  • Applicants must be able to pass a background check
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred
  • IICRC certifications are preferred but not required
  • Dependable transportation to/from our warehouse in Allentown
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call for emergency dispatch (estimated one week every two months)
  • Occasional weekend availability
  • Overtime availability
