We are looking for a bright individual to estimate restoration projects.
You would be responsible for estimating emergency claims and other restoration related activities. Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and have strict attention to detail.
Wage: $45,000-$55,000 salary; 40-45 hours a week
Benefits: Paid vacation, paid holidays, paid birthday, matching 401K, flexible schedule.

We are willing and expect to pay to train the right individual for this position of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Ability to estimate in Xactimate preferred
- Ability to estimate in Symbility preferred
- Ability to complete dry logs in MICA preferred
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Professional appearance and decorum.
- Basic knowledge of construction and building materials.
- Must have clean driving record.
- IICRC Certifications a plus; or willingness and ability to obtain certifications within six months.
- Participation in rotational monthly on-call schedule.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Competent with basic computer and Microsoft operations
Majority of work would be in an office putting together estimates, photo sheets, and drying logs for water and fire restoration work. Sometime may be required on jobs sites depending on size and scope.
Large amount of autonomy is present in this job with minimal oversight.
