What You'll Do As a Residential Sales Representative 
You’ll build relationships that drive business and help homeowners get the support they need. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners 
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events 
  • Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities 
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
  • Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
  • Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities  
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
  • Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process 
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals

  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once

  • Have outstanding customer service, communication and organizational skills 
  • Consistently provide strong and effective client support and communication

Requirements:  
  • Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening 
  •  Have a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
