As our Receptionist and Dispatch Coordinator, you are the first voice our customers hear during their most stressful moments—whether they are dealing with water damage, fire, or mold. You are the "air traffic controller" of our operations, ensuring our crews are where they need to be to save the day.

The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

  • Be the Calm in the Storm: Answer incoming calls with empathy, providing a reassuring voice to customers in emergency situations.

  • Master the Schedule: Use our industry-leading software to dispatch restoration technicians and estimators, ensuring lightning-fast response times.

  • Operational Hub: Gather critical job information, create accurate electronic files, and serve as the primary communication link between customers, insurance reps, and field staff.

  • Keep Us Moving: Perform essential administrative duties (data entry, filing, and office management) to keep our branch running like a well-oiled machine.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: A background in reception, dispatch, or administration. (Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a huge plus!)

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new management software quickly.

  • Local Logic: A solid understanding of the local geographical area to help route our teams efficiently.

  • Resilience: The ability to remain assertive and decisive when managing field schedules, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Environment

This is a fast-paced, sedentary office role in Allentown. You’ll need the ability to handle occasional physical tasks like filing and standing, and must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
