Location: 35 Belden Terrace Ln, Franklin, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Pay: $14–$16 per hour (entry-level)
Position Summary
SERVPRO Team Bowles is seeking an onsite Receptionist (no remote work available) to support our fast-paced residential and commercial mitigation office
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and distribute multiple office phone lines
• Greet and assist visitors and clients
• Create and manage job files
• Data entry for jobs and receipts
• Administrative support to staff and management Requirements
• Tech savvy and able to learn new software
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Patient, professional, and able to work in a high call-volume office Benefits Additional Details
