As a Production Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Contents and Emergency team by managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

The Technical Side of What You’ll Do
·         Complete employee timecards daily for both the Contents and Emergency departments
·         Maintain and upload supply sheets daily for the Contents department
·         Provide backup support for the Emergency department for scheduling and dispatching and resolving problems
·         Reconcile temporary labour invoices to timesheets and review invoice discrepancies
·         Provide backup support to the Contents Administrator
 
Qualifications
·         Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role preferably within the restoration or construction industry
·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
