Local Fire and water damage cleanup and Restoration Company has an opening for full time sales professional to maintain, develop and promote the company’s services to existing and potential customers. Our primary customers and contacts are people in the insurance industry that handle claims for residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter that can work independently and develop close relationships with customers and potential customers. Local travel is required as primary contact with customers is at their place of business. 

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling (in person and on telephone)
  • Maintain regular contact and long term relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Close sales and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain organized and accessible CRM system – provide accurate documentation of sales activities
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of company services, practices and products
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with other businesses in the industry. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations; golf events; trade shows and other activities to increase company exposure and opportunities for work.
  • Increase penetration in key geographic areas through sales efforts.
  • Identify new lines of business to offset seasonal peaks in restoration.
  • Model the behavior of respect for people, property and the environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Position Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Legal Resident
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years sales experience, minimum 2 years in outside sales.
  • High level of Customer Service.
  • Self-Driven; Motivation for Sales.
  • Assertive sales skills and ability to close.
  • Ability to be part of a team while achieving individual goals and objectives.
  • Prior experience in restoration or a related field.
  • Must agree to personal background investigation and drug test.
  • Effective oral and written communications
