A National Account Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of national accounts within an organization. They act as a central point of contact and provide administrative and operational support to the National Accounts team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient account management.
Key responsibilities

Customer support and communication: Serving as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating communication between customers, internal teams, and the National Accounts team.

Account administration and support: Coordinating account setup and maintenance, processing orders and transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Operational coordination: Facilitating field service activities for key accounts, managing contract tracking documents, and coordinating inputs from legal and management teams.

Financial support: Processing invoices and payments, assisting with budget preparation, and preparing financial reports and statements.

Workflow management: Maintaining positive workflow processes and ensuring efficient handling of all account-related tasks.
