What You’ll Do,
You will own the estimating process from first inspection through final approval, ensuring every job is scoped accurately, documented thoroughly, and positioned for success.
- Conduct site visits and create accurate sketches and scopes of work aligned with IICRC standards
- Build detailed and fair estimates using Xactimate from inspections or virtual tours and demo sheets.
- Manage job files from start to finish
- Collaborate with production, sales, and leadership to stay aligned
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Defend your estimate when defensible based on IICRC standards.
- Coordinate with third party experts such as engineers and hygienists
- Ensure every file is complete, accurate, and ready for approval
What Success Looks Like
- Your estimates are tight, thorough, and rarely miss scope
- Your files are audit ready the first time
- You protect margin while maintaining strong relationships with adjusters.
- You don’t let details slip because you take pride in getting it right
What We’re Looking For
- 10 plus years in restoration including water, mold, fire, and contents
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate
- High attention to detail and personal accountability
- Strong communication skills with customers and adjusters
- Problem solver with a sense of urgency
- Professional presence and willingness to be in the field as needed
Work Environment
- Full time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours as needed.
