Responsibilities:
We are looking for people that love working with their hands, are looking to learn a skilled trade, build skills and a long-term career with the Critical Control family.
What your job looks like:
- Take charge of emergency water damage jobs from initial response to completion.
- Respond to emergency water damage jobs quickly and professionally.
- Take the lead in client communication, offering reassurance, updates, and expert advice throughout the recovery process.
- Use moisture meters and other tools to map out the water and talk with the project manager on a game plan.
- Set up equipment to help dry the building.
- Set up containment and demolition if anything needs to be cut and pulled up.
- Capture documentation through photos and videos, maintaining a detailed record of the recovery process.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and prepared company vehicle at all times..
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to address after-hours emergencies.
Requirements - At least three years experience in water damage, mold remediation or abatement required.
- IICRC Certified
- Proficient in English language.
- Valid driver's license and able to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs overhead.
- Demonstrated trainability and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Professionalism, friendliness, and a strong sense of responsibility
