Lead Mitigation Technician
$28 per hour + overtime + bonuses
Paid training | Career growth | Full benefits
No restoration experience required. If you have construction, trades, military, or outdoor labor experience, we will train you.

What You'll Do
· Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
· Set up and monitor drying equipment
· Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and materials
· Tarp roofs and board up structures after storms or fires
· Document jobs using photos and mobile apps
· Communicate with customers during the restoration process
· Help train and mentor technicians on the team
What We're Looking For
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Construction, mitigation, or restoration experience preferred
· Leadership ability is a big plus
· Valid driver’s license with clean record
· Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work
· Willingness to respond to emergency calls when needed
Certifications (Huge Plus)
· IICRC WRT – Water Restoration Technician
· IICRC ASD – Applied Structural Drying
· IICRC AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation
· IICRC FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration
