  • Complete selective demolition and removal of environmentally impacted building materials.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Document site conditions, readings, and daily work activities accurately.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent environmental and emergency situations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years’ experience in environmental remediation or restoration, including experience leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental remediation practices, containment, and site safety.
  • Experience working with mould and asbestos-containing materials.
  • Current IICRC certification (AMRT, WRT, or equivalent).
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel out of town when required.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools and cordless power tools.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.
  • Ability to carry at least 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Ability to wear full PPE, including respirators, when required.

Assets That Will Set You Apart:
  • Additional IICRC certifications such as AMRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, or CCT.
  • Formal asbestos abatement training and certification.
  • Experience with air monitoring, negative air systems, and environmental controls.
  • Experience with contents tracking software like Encircle or Assured Pack-out.
  • Construction or demolition experience.
  • First Aid certification.

Why Work With Us:

  • Company-paid benefits for qualifying employees.
  • Ongoing professional training to grow your skills and certifications.
  • A supportive, mission-driven team culture where safety, quality, and leadership truly matter.
