What You’ll Do:

• Prepare precise Xactimate structure repair estimates swiftly and accurately.
• Manage relationships and communication with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
• Scope, sketch, and draft estimates/supplements efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team that values quality and attention to detail.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in property damage restoration and Xactimate estimating.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of residential construction.
• IICRC certifications (preferred, not required).
• Proficiency in Xactimate/Symbility software and Microsoft programs.
