 Position Summary

ServiceMaster by Twins is hiring a Construction Sales & Disaster Operations Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role combines sales leadership, project management, and field operations oversight. If you have a strong background in construction and a passion for helping people rebuild, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Develop territory-specific marketing strategies
  • Travel locally to meet clients and close deals
  • Present services and address customer inquiries
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and adjusters
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction
Project Management & Field Operations

  • Plan and execute restoration and reconstruction projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Schedule and coordinate work to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Supervise subcontractors and internal staff
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
  • Manage delays, emergencies, and weather disruptions
  • Maintain detailed documentation and estimates
Estimating & Documentation

  • Create estimates using Xactimate and IICRC standards
  • Scope losses onsite and document with clear job photos
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and clients
  • Ensure documentation meets company and insurance standards
  • Train new technicians and operational staff
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or restoration
  • Experience managing teams and subcontractors
  • Familiarity with insurance restoration processes
Skills & Certifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient in mobile data entry and project tracking software
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to inspect job sites in all weather conditions
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel and work on-call
  • Exposure to typical construction site hazards
