Servpro is a national leader in property damage restoration, with more than 2,000 franchises across the United States. Our local franchise provides cleaning and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties in Allentown, PA, and the surrounding areas.

Position Description

We are seeking a full-time Construction Administrator & Project Coordinator! The Construction Administrator & Project Coordinator is responsible for tasks related to customer calls, project monitoring, tracking, coordination, estimate monitoring, and project administration duties. General office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, are also included within this role.

$20-$22/hour based on experience + $1,200.00 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial customer contact & intake
  • Job file creation & management including, but not limited to expense tracking & updating project file notes
  • Schedule coordination for Estimators & Construction Manager
  • Prepare & send necessary documents for signatures
  • Maintain client communication through duration of each project
  • Manage onboarding of new subcontractors
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum of two years administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan, organize and use time efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred
  • Experience in restoration or construction industry preferred
Formal Education & Training
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s Degree preferred but not required
Schedule
  • Monday- Friday 8 A.M.- 5 P.M.
