What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with commercial clients across multiple industries
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline, negotiation, and closing
- Secure Local, Regional, and National Pre-Loss Agreements
- Participate in emergency/on-call rotation for urgent commercial leads
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth restoration projects
- Track sales activity and submit reports
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration, emergency response, or service industries
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable with after-hours emergency response
- Motivated by commission and growth potential
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000/year + impressive bonus and commission structure

Requirements
- Must pass background check dating back to age 18
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License with clean driving record for past 3 years
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
