Job Description:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the restoration industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, property managers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Educate potential clients on the value of our restoration services and how we can meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their restoration needs and present customized solutions.
  • Track and manage all sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project execution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the restoration or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes and community events in a group setting.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
