Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving new business growth by building strong relationships with referral partners, insurance professionals, and local businesses. This role requires proactive outreach, networking, and strategic sales activities to increase brand awareness and generate consistent referral opportunities for PuroClean services.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate New Business Opportunities:
Identify and pursue potential referral sources, including insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners.

Maintain Relationships:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and referral partners through regular follow-ups, meetings, and communications.

Sales and Outreach:
Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote PuroClean’s services and explain how we can support partners and their clients during property damage events.

Networking:
Attend industry events, networking groups, trade shows, and community functions to promote PuroClean and expand professional contacts.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a business development plan to achieve sales goals and market growth.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track business development activities, leads, and results in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports to management.

Marketing Support:
Distribute marketing materials, follow up on campaigns, and assist in creating promotional strategies to enhance brand recognition.
Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma required

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in restoration, insurance, or property management industries is a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
