Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and local businesses
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and events
- Plan lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and marketing initiatives
- Lead and develop sales/marketing team members
- Track performance using Sales Fore and Sales Metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong background in B2B or outside sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
