SERVPRO Team Brogdon is seeking someone who is dependable, has excellent customer service and administrative skills. As an Administrative Assistant/MSC, you would be asked to assist teammates and customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Social Media and online marketing experience preferred. As a valued SERVPRO team member, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with lots of opportunity to learn and grow. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks and assist the office/sales team. 
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails. 
  • Routing calls and entering new job leads. 
  • Job file audits.
  • Maintaining social media and online web presence. 
  • Assisting other departments as needed. 
 
Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. 
  • Clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles. 
  • Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
 
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
