SERVPRO of Buckeye is hiring an Administrative Assistant!
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing your exceptional office skills to assist in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing project accounts
- Coordinating project documents, estimates, and information for proper submission for billing needs.
- Coordinating a functional invoicing schedule for customers
- Collection on past due invoices as well as maintaining a log of updates for current invoices for remittance needs
- Other billing department necessities
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform project audits
- Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
