We are a growing water and fire restoration company serving homeowners during some of the most stressful times in their lives. When someone calls us, it’s often after a flood, fire, or major property damage. This role is not just about answering phones — it’s about bringing calm, organization, and reliability to chaotic situations.

We are looking for someone who values integrity, accountability, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule crews and coordinate job logistics

  • Enter and maintain accurate job documentation

  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and field staff

  • Track job progress and ensure required paperwork is completed

  • Maintain organized records and digital files

  • Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

  • 1+ years administrative or office experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, or similar systems)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Clean background and professional references
