What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule crews and coordinate job logistics
- Enter and maintain accurate job documentation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and field staff
- Track job progress and ensure required paperwork is completed
- Maintain organized records and digital files
- Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements
- 1+ years administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, or similar systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Clean background and professional references
