Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant at PuroFirst®, includes but not limited to: Answering incoming calls and notating information provided. Perform basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, Sub-contractor payments. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. All administrative work is processed and documented accurately and timely. Monthly and Quarterly Tax Reports. Reconciliation of monthly credit reports. Submitting ACH payments to vendors and general contractors twice a month. All files and reports are maintained and provided as required. Assisting with daily tasks required by staff members and owners. In this position, you will be making a difference each day.

Responsibilities & Qualification Requirements
- Answering calls, providing customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Representing the brand with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Aptitude with handling customers, showing patience, empathy, and clarity of ‘message’
- Address and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management and ownership as needed
- Preparing and maintaining job documentation and filing
- Supporting marketing efforts and continuing to grow personally and professionally in the business
- Basic clerical and billing
- QuickBooks and Excel
- Processing and creating invoices for payments
- Attention to details in organization, aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communication.
- Provide general support to visitors coming into the office.
- Ability to work independently and multitask as well as priorities to changing situations.
