We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area to join our team. This position starts fully remote and will transition to a hybrid role within 3 to 6 months as our new facility opens.

About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential part in supporting our operations and maintaining our reputation for excellence. You’ll help organize and coordinate classes, assist customers, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of LearnToRestore.com. Once our state-of-the-art facility opens, you’ll be onsite during class days to support operations and enhance the student experience.
Hours:
The administrative assistant position will start as a part time position averaging 20-25 hours/week with the potential for full time in 6-12 months. Work hours will generally be 8am-12pm, with adjustments as needed to support classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative tasks such as managing schedules, emails, and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer support, assisting with inquiries, class registrations, and more.
• Organize and coordinate classes, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
• Order lunches and refreshments for in-person classes and events.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Support the business owners in various projects and initiatives.
•Help with project management and organization tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
• Local to Salt Lake City, Utah area and able to transition to a hybrid role in 3-6 months.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a similar role.
