Accounts Receivable/HR Administrator

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks® and AR Collect or comparable program
- Complete accounts receivable activities, including participation in collections activities
- Communicate with and build positive working relationships with customers
- Create financial reports
- Ensure and Maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy
- Complete onboarding process with employees
- Manage franchise annual National Accounts program compliance
- Provide HR administrative support
- Complete and document HR compliance
- Assist in monitoring, editing and reviewing hiring platforms
- Assist with interview preparation process
- Assist with facilitation of employee evaluation process
- Perform technology setup, protection, and tracking of cell phones, ipads, etc
- Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Assist other departments, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
- 2+ year(s) of QuickBooks experience
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and collections a plus
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate®, collections software and proprietary software
- Minimum of HSD/GED
- Associate degree in accounting preferred or strong professional background of 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
- Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- Vary between 8am and 5pm

Competitive pay based on experience
